GreenConnect Dementia Respite is a 3-year not-for-profit project run by a Consortium and Steering Group to create innovative solutions for dementia respite care. This improving respite care for people with dementia and their carers Project received grant funding from the Australian Government.

Acknowledgement of Country: GreenConnect Dementia Respite Project acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands throughout Victoria. We pay our respects to them, their culture and their Elders: past, present and future.
